HP Sales Representative

The Position

Promote of  Company products to Health Care professionals ensuring their appropriate use and adherance to local regulatory and pharma code requirements by defining & executing sales action plans, based on the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Promote products, with adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements. If applicable, handle and distribute product samples in accordance to and current Good Distribution Practices, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Achieve sales & market share objectives by maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive Boehringer Ingelheim products.
  • Analyse and profile customers, Develop, creat, manage, execute and follow up integrated customer plans.
  • Implement customer engagement model, according to the strategic segments and ICP.
  • Orchestrate a customer centric engagement through collaboration by cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, e.g.:
    • Integrated Customer Engagement.
    • Managing all customers/stakeholders interactions: Face-to-face, Digital, Congresses and Events.
    • Manage the channel mix preferred by individual customers.
    • Manage the appropiate and approved scientifical material for Health Care Professional’s discussions.
    • Feeding back market info (e.g. competitive intelligence, own products, campaign, messaging to TA Teams).

 

Required

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Medical Representative license.
  • Effective Communication, Analytical skills and planning Influencing skills.
  • Collaboration.
