As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be a key ambassador across IT Infrastructure, shaping innovative solutions and guiding teams and customers through digital transformation.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise: Understand ServiceNow implementation and the services provided within it; act as a platform subject matter expert in team and customer workshops.
  • Solution Development: Architect, design, and develop solutions on the Now Platform, independently and while leading project teams.
  • Customer Collaboration: Consult with customers and prospects to understand mission needs and pain points; evangelize the business value of ServiceNow solution development.
  • Innovation & Prototyping: Develop and enhance application prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs); propose and implement process improvements.
  • Enablement & Advocacy: Serve as an ambassador within IT Infrastructure; facilitate and lead innovation/ideation/co‑creation workshops on the Now Platform.
  • Communication & Documentation: Document and present technical solutions aligned to business problems; support communication and coach new joiners.
  • Technology Awareness: Stay current on ServiceNow product releases, complementary technologies, and external trends to broaden platform use beyond typical domains.

 

Requirements 

Required:

  • Experience: 3+ years architecting, developing, and delivering solutions on the ServiceNow Now Platform (or similar enterprise platforms).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Functional understanding of SQL and database concepts.
    • Functional understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and front‑end libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken).
