Demand Manager - Lytics Therapeutic Area
The position
Manages the business performance of promotional products in his/her territory while ensuring that the promotion fosters appropriate use and adherens to local regulatory and pharma code regulations. It also drives the flawless definition & execution of the team sales action plan aligned with the Instegrated Customer Plan (ICP).
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share target achievements by maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive Boehringer Ingelheim products.
- Ensure the definition and flawless execution of team sales action plan based on the ICP, while ensuring to:
- Analyse and profile customers;
- Develop, implement and follow up of customer engagement plans, using all available channels;
- Implement the customer engagement model, according to Strategic Segments and ICP;
- Actively look for business opportunities;
- Implement Integrated Customer Engagement by all team members, ensuring:
- Cross functional coordination and collaboration to develop integrated customer journeys according to customer preferences;
- Lead Team and manage customers/stakeholders interactions: Face-to-face, Digital, Congresses and Events;
- Lead Team and manage the channel mix preferred by individual customers;
- Lead Team and manage the appropiate and approved scientifical material for Health Care Professional’s discussions;
- Feed market info (e.g. competitive intelligence, own products, campaign, messaging to Therapeutic Area Teams);
- Leadership & team management;
- Efficient use of resources based on business and market analysis;
- Coach, inspire, develop and manage the team (according to sales calls and business decision taking) to provide high quality outcome;
- Acting as driver for change management;
- Managing potentials and sucession in respective team, accountable for team development;
- Pro-actively provide feedback on team performance to Head of Sales;
- Orchestrate a customer centric engagement through collaboration by cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- Proven strategic account management (external and internal stakeholders).
- Comfortable managing deadlines and dynamic environments.
- Customer centric orientation.
Desirable

Experience in specialty care portfolio and institutional sales.

Experience in healthcare industry (e.g. hospital, pharmacy) or master in life science.
- Intermediate level of english.
