Support sales force in monitoring and coordinating deliveries to customers, with overview on additional relevant inputs such as stock, receivables and sales reporting. Solving customer queries related to invoicing and deliveries.

 


Tareas y responsabilidades

 

  • First point of contact for sales force on sales order status.
  • Monitor punctual delivery to customers.
  • Sales orders creation.
  • Credit memo request.
  • Keep process documentation up to date - align necessary changes with supervisor.

 


Requisitos

 

  • Team player.
  • Strong commitment to costumer satisfaction.
  • Ability to create fluent communication with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on SAP SD.
  • English (intermediate).
  • Excel intermediate.
  • Experience of 1 or 2 years of experience in similar positions.
