Compliance Analyst

The position

Ensure the correct and timely data delivery to meet Boehringer Ingelheim compliance obligations towards authorities. Spcifically data and compliance information regarding the highly regulated transfers to Health Care Professionals and Health Care Organizations.

Tasks and responsabilities

• Transparency spend data cleansing related to payments to Health Care Professionals/Health Care Organizations.
• Supporting project activities such as process design and documentation as well as handling requests coming from internal Business Partners.
• Monitoring controls & metrics to inform, advise and issue recommendations to the management & business with regards to compliance.
• Cross functional collaboration with different Boehringer Ingelheim stakeholders and different countries.
• Ensuring proper case intake and tracking through provided intake systems.
• Indicate necessary process updates caused by e.g. changed reporting obligations & support process redesigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with compliance topics, preferably in the Legal Shared Service Structures or in-house law departments/law firms.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Advanced English.
