Marketing & Sales Project Specialist

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Project Specialist (Fixed term - Maternity cover) in Budapest, Hungary:

The primary responsibility of the role is to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of the sales and marketing project to create value for the business, improve the customers’ satisfaction. 

To manage the project schedule, budget, and scope to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. 
To support preparation and creation of marketing campaigns, materials and digital campaign materials and inform the field force.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and executing local marketing and sales projects e.g. congresses/symposia, product launch, aligned with the brand strategy within the brand teams.
• Managing National Congresses (participations, registrations, and other administrative documentation)
• Doing project progress tracking and reporting, ensure extensive quality management and adherence to rigorous standards
• Working in a close collaboration with external agencies and demonstrates skills for negotiation to achieve the best services on a reasonable price for BI
• Working collaboratively with business teams, and end-users to outline the project scope
• Establishing, managing and developing relations with all BI departments, involved in designated event organization process from tender preparation to follow up measures implementation
• Preparing and updating budget table regularly.
• Preparing and executing customer experience tasks related to digital campaigns and materials.

Required degree / Education / Experience

• University Degree
• 1+ year of pharmaceutical experience
• Veeva system knowledge
• Intermediate English
• Native Hungarian knowledge
