Head of Animal Health
THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced leader candidate for a position of Head of Animal Health in Budapest, Hungary:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achieving the sales and profit targets for the Animal Health business in Hungary. Represents Hungary’s Animal Health interest to the Regional Center Vienna Animal Health management.
Effectively leads and motivates a team by directing and coordinating sales efforts in accordance with the agreed Business Plan, which should include strategies for key account management, focusing on named major accounts and wholesalers.
Ensures high quality and consistent representation of the company and its products by directing activities and managing performance. Ensures understanding and implementation of relevant systems.
REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Economic, veterinary education or education in agricultural science
- Good working knowledge and understanding of financial systems and processes – including Profit & Loss accounts
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in veterinary pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 3 years „people management” and leadership experience
- High level of spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications
