Territory Manager Pet HC Retail
THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative / Territory Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of building strong customer relationships and achieving sales excellence.
As our Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building customer relations with pharmacists, informing and detailing BI AH products, and achieving the agreed sales and expense budgets. You will support the development of existing commercial contacts with key customers in e-commerce, purchase groups, and regular key accounts. Within this role, you will spend 80% of your time as a Sales Representative and 20% supporting the development of commercial contacts.
This position is based in Belgium (focus area: Limburg, Flemish Brabant & Antwerp) and reports directly to the Sales Manager PET Retail.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the sales of our AH products, enhance their market share, and strengthen the image of BI AH in line with company objectives.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate the activity plan for the region in close cooperation with the N+1. Present monthly evaluations of past performance and outline next steps, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage the pharmacist portfolio in the dedicated territory, respecting and implementing the customer segmentation strategy (targeting, planning, execution).
- Develop and maintain updated personal knowledge on relevant BI AH products, direct competitors, and sales & relational skills
- Foster collaboration and ensure the sharing of information with all internal stakeholders.

- Skills to build relationships with a diverse set of customers.
- Strong presentation skills, service-minded, and high level of agility.
- Analytical and numerical mind with far-reaching commercial insight.
- Strong interest in learning about scientific and commercial aspects of products and a willingness to understand trends and evolution within the pharmacy sector.
- Ability to function independently with a high degree of initiative, self-organization, flexibility, and reliability.
- A valid Driver’s License.
