As our Finance Manager & Business Partner HP, you’ll be at the center of financial decision making for our Belgian operations. This is a highly visible role where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and leadership decisions.

You’ll lead a skilled team, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to our regional and global finance networks. It’s a hands-on position that offers the chance to shape financial processes, drive performance, and grow your leadership capabilities in a dynamic, international environment.

This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, reporting directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of FACT MIDI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and ensure the integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Lead and coach the Finance & Administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a senior business partner to commercial operations, challenging assumptions and driving financial transparency.
  • Oversee planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with a hands-on approach to analysis and decision support.
  • Represent Finance in the Local Management Committee and Board of Directors, influencing strategic direction.
  • Manage audits, cash flow, and working capital with precision and agility.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance, including reporting, auditing, and governance.
  • Proven leadership experience (1–3 years) in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Data Warehouse).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, written, read), with international exposure preferred.
