As a Brand Manager ILD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand portfolio. You will be based in Brussels (Belgium) and will report directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area ILD, working closely together to drive brand strategy and contribute to our ongoing success. You will also be in close contact with the local and regional management teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop and execute local ICP and activation plans.
- Ensures launch readiness process is in place, including cross-functional and HPC input/alignment, and ensures launch excellence.
- Monitor and enhance brand performance to meet evolving customer needs.
- Have a balanced and defined customer interaction focus through initiating and facilitating collaboration projects with external stakeholders.
- Lead sales cycle meetings to ensure alignment with brand strategy objectives.
- Drive customer engagement through successful roll-out of new campaigns, ensuring an optimal mix of customer-facing and non-customer-facing channels.
- Openly seeks to utilize new channels, platforms or tools to execute local activity plan.
- Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and shape the future of our brands.
- Collaborate with team members (medical, market access and sales teams) and external stakeholders (including HCPs, creative agencies and patient organizations).
- Give input and feedback for the regional team (MIDI ICP) on local market, forecasting, competitor information, MIDI and local activities and customer insights.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Brand management experience is a plus.
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Business Administration.
- Fluency in the Dutch or French languages (both is a strong plus) and English.
- Solid knowledge regarding internal and external laws and regulations in Belgium.
- Digital savviness, including ability to adapt plans based on data-driven insights, experience with analytics tools (such as Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Team player who thrives in an international and intercultural environment.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution oriented.
