As a Brand Manager Cardio-Renal-Metabolic diseases (“Brand Manager CRM”), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand portfolio. You will be based in Brussels (Belgium) and will report directly to the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Marketing Lead, working closely together to drive brand strategy and contribute to our ongoing success. You will also be in close contact with the local and regional management teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-develop and execute strategic brand plans.
  • Monitor and enhance brand performance to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Lead sales cycle meetings to ensure alignment with brand strategy objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement through successful roll-out of new campaigns, ensuring an optimal mix of customer-facing and non-customer-facing channels.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and shape the future of our brands.
  • Collaborate with team members (medical, market access and sales teams) and external stakeholders (including HCPs, creative agencies and patient organizations).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Brand management experience is a plus.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Fluency in the Dutch or French (both is a strong plus) and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in an international and intercultural environment.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution oriented.
