Senior Pricing & Contracting Manager

Lead pricing strategy where it matters.


We’re looking for a Senior Pricing and Contracting Manager with proven UK pharma or medical pricing experience to shape pricing and contracting strategies across the UK, Ireland, and Malta. You’ll work cross-functionally to secure early access, optimise pricing, and ensure long-term commercial success in a fast-changing market.

 

 

What you’ll be doing…


●    Lead pricing and contracting strategy, setting clear team objectives and KPIs aligned with business and corporate priorities.
●    Develop and implement pricing strategies across product lifecycles, including Patient Access Schemes (PAS), ensuring competitive and sustainable pricing.
●    Apply expert knowledge of healthcare systems in the UK, Ireland, and Malta (including VPAG and IPHA) to navigate pricing and reimbursement pathways.
●    Drive cross-functional market access, pricing, and reimbursement plans to support successful product launches and lifecycle management.
●    Identify innovative contracting solutions and risk-sharing models to optimise revenue growth and meet evolving payer needs.
●    Collaborate on global pricing guidelines, manage complex projects with internal and external stakeholders, and support training and development of Market Access teams.
●    Deliver accurate and timely pricing forecasts for pipeline products and those approaching Loss of Exclusivity (LoE).

 

 

What you’ll need…


●    Proven experience as a Pricing Manager, Pricing Consultant, or in a similar market access or commercial role.
●    Hands-on experience developing launch pricing strategies for at least two products, including one pipeline asset.
●    Strong knowledge of Loss of Exclusivity (LoE), tendering processes, and innovative pricing models.
●    Solid understanding of Gross-to-Net models and their financial impact on the business.
●    Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
●    Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organisation.
●    Experience working in a commercial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment.
●    Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
