This is a hybrid role based in our Bracknell Head Office.

YOUR ROLE

As a vital member of our team, you will:
•    Deliver timely, reliable, and relevant financial information to both local and corporate stakeholders
•    Maintain and support input models for budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
•    Provide clear financial explanations to help stakeholders understand figures within their roles
•    Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial systems, balance sheets, and income statements
•    Develop your technical knowledge and stay updated with current accounting practices
•    Create insightful business reports and analyze performance
•    Collaborate with the Finance team to share knowledge and best practices

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•    Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
•    Professional Development: Working towards a finance professional qualification
•    Industry Experience: Experience in the Animal Health or FMCG industries is a plus
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP, advanced MS Office applications, and ideally, Power BI
•    Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK GAAP
•    Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong team player

•    Analytical: Ability to analyze financial data and trends to make informed decisions
•    Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reports and models
•    Communication: Presenting data and insights clearly to stakeholders
