CRM Pipeline Marketing Lead
THE POSITION
We are hiring a CRM Pipeline Marketing Lead to take strategic ownership of all commercial activities related to our Chronic Weight Management (CWM) & Liver Health (LH) pipeline asset. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on launch readiness, market shaping, and long-term franchise value creation across both Private Markets and NHS.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all commercial activities and execution of the asset roadmap to launch, including localisation of global asset strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional Go-To-Market activities across the cross functional team (Marketing, Medical, Health System Engagement , Government Affairs).
- Conduct healthcare environment analysis, stakeholder mapping, and engagement planning.
- Provide commercial insights for asset strategy, scenario planning, and external stakeholders engagement.
- Manage commercial budgets and resources to ensure competitiveness and asset maximisation.
- Contribute to pricing and reimbursement strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with ABPI/IPHA codes and relevant country regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Masters degree, MBA preferred
- ABPI Preferred.
- Extensive experience in multichannel marketing and strategic commercial planning.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and customer-centric approach.
- Experience launching or managing chronic disease therapies, ideally in the UK Private Market.
- Skilled in sales, marketing, and key account management.
- Proven ability in cross-functional planning, launch readiness, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulations, and customer insight generation.
- Ability to craft and deliver compelling stories to shape strategic direction and influencing high-level decisions.
