Postdoc Microbial Challenge Studies
The Position

Join our team as a Post Doc where you'll work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment across our Biberach and Ochsenhausen sites in a 2-year fixed-term position.

Tasks & responsibilities
- In your new role, you will conduct microbial challenge tests to support generic medical in-use hold times.
- It will be your responsibility to plan, execute and report microbial challenge studies considering timelines and budget while ensuring compliance with GXP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- You will create protocols, reports, other relevant documents and a databank.
- In addition, you will coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, or related field
- Strong expertise in applied microbiology and microbial testing strategies
- Background in large molecule development and analysis
- Familiarity with GMP environments and regulatory frameworks (USP, Ph.Eur.) is an advantage
- Self-driven, precise, and highly reliable team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
