The program provides an in-depth understanding of the role of medicinal chemists and process chemists in pharmaceutical research and development, as well as multidisciplinary industry workflows, helping participants to make informed career decisions.

Requirements
- Applicants should be in their second half of their PhD in Organic or Medicinal Chemistry
- Possess a genuine interest in transitioning from academic research to a career in the pharmaceutical industry
- Availability to attend the full duration of the on-site program from November 26 to 29 2025, is essential
- Additionally, candidates must ensure they can obtain a valid travel visa for entry into Germany to participate in the event
