National Business Manager
Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a National Business Manager Lebanon & Iraq responsible for building and maintaining a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve business success and strategy implementation.
The job holder reports to the Head of Sales Near East &UAE and will be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share targets by maximizing the number of patients receiving Boehringer Ingelheim products.
- Ensure Optimal Sales Processes and country performance to create strategies and plans that maximize opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally, providing field feedback and proposing new activities.
- Monitor customer engagement plans using all available channels.
- Evaluate the implementation of sales tactical plans and take corrective measures when necessary.
- Monitor market developments and competitors' initiatives to stay ahead.
- Control sales organization costs and promotional investments, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge to maintain a high level of team engagement and performance.
- Ensure all business activities comply with local policies, procedures, and rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Life Sciences and/or Business Administration
- Min. 5 yrs Sales management within multi-national Pharmaceutical companies
- Experience in both, Lebanon and Iraq markets.
- Min. 2 yrs people management experience
- Marketing experience is preferred and understanding of marketing strategy is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements
- Business fluent in English & Arabic

- Exceptional negotiation skills with good level of knowledge on market access strategies & tactics.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
