Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-TA Market Access Insights Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market access trends, payer policies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Lead cross-TA market access reports for the company's annual business and financial plans review.

2. Cross-TA Pricing and Market Access Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies across four therapeutic areas (TAs) to ensure optimal portfolio life-cycle market access management.
- Lead the development of China cross-TA pricing strategies and guidance for reference and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA Marketing, Medicine teams to align pricing and market access strategies with overall business objectives.

3. Price and Reimbursement (P&R) Management of CSO products
- Lead the P&R management of CSO products by closely monitoring the P&R status, early identifying risk and opportunities, and leveraging expertise of customer-facing HAMA teams.

4. HEOR Capability Building:
- Keep on tracking the latest HEOR guideline development and the modeling evolvement.
- Lead HEOR capability building for the department by leveraging internal and external resources. 
- Develop HERO internal training materials to continuously improve internal stakeholders’ capability
- Support drug value proposition development and communication with professional HEOR inputs

5. External Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry conferences to enhance visibility & influence on access discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate market access topic discussions.

6. Collaboration with Corporate Team:
- Work closely with the corporate team representing China to understand the unique market access challenges and opportunities within the Chinese pharmaceutical market.
- Align global market access strategies with local needs and regulations, ensuring China voice represented in corporate market access projects.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices, insights, and data between the global and China teams to enhance our market access capabilities.
- Support TA-MAS team in developing and implementing tailored market access strategies that leverage global insights while addressing local market dynamics.

7.    Commercial Health Insurance (CHI) Business Lead:
- Lead the development of company-level CHI strategy to improve patient accessibility and affordability.
- Lead the development of CHI policy advocacy, representing the company at industry conference to deliver company positions and policy asks. 
- Lead brand-level City CHI strategy development & execution with cross-functions (TA Marketing, Sales, X-TA teams, HAMA etc.), to identify CHI targets, set up KPIs and complete annual business plan reviews.
- Drive external business collaboration and partnership with insurance authority, commercial insurers, third-party service agencies (TPAs), and insurance brokers etc.as important private payer stakeholders


Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in health economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in market access, pricing strategy, HEOR, commercial health insurance strategy within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and market access challenges.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful market access strategies across therapeutic areas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English and ready for global and senior management team presentations.
