What to expect
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and Administration and act as a business partner for the local and regional operational teams. You will contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS standards and practices, supporting the company's commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and health. You are a proactive team player with a goal-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate across departmental boundaries.
Your responsibilities at a glance
- Ensure regular communication, adherence to BI guidelines, up-to-date documentation, and manage mandatory trainings. Cooperate with external partners and EHS coordinators across Swiss sites
- Monitor and implement compliance EHS, Security, and Crisis rules and guidelines. Organize and conduct regular meetings with management teams, and prepare an annual Action Plan
- Update or create local procedures, plans, and programs related to EHS, Security, and Crisis. Organize trainings and raise awareness through various channels
- Prepare reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all relevant activities and incidents. Take responsibility for the security of all employees, visitors, and field force
- Oversee contracts and relationships with service providers and vendors. Manage infrastructure maintenance and lead sustainability initiatives
- Develop, implement, and regularly test emergency preparedness plans. Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and assist in crisis management trainings and roles
- Assist in review of service charge reviews/reconciliation and lease administration. Manage tenant relationships and representation to landlords, third parties, users, and FM Teams
What you bring
- University degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in consulting, preferably with a major firm (e.g., Big4)
- Strong adaptability to new challenges and changing environments
