The Senior Specialist, Site Digital Solutions serves as the central point of contact for site-level digital solutions, enabling the adoption of digital technologies that improve business performance, support data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This position promotes sustainable digital practices, enables self-service capabilities, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital solutions development
- Design, develop and maintain scalable site-level digital solutions, including dashboards, applications, workflows, automation tools and strategic reports, to address business needs, simplify processes, increase automation and enable data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Data & Analytics Excellence
- Maintain and enhance site-wide management dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards, collaborating with functional stakeholders to establish consistent data definitions and practices, to improve data quality, accessibility, and transparency and enable reliable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Digital governance & standards
- Define, implement and maintain site-wide digital governance frameworks and standards, coordinating the prioritization of digital initiatives based on site objectives and available resources, and establishing consistent practices for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI solutions, data visualization, documentation and solution lifecycle management, to promote solution reuse, reduce duplication across functions and ensure compliance with company standards, security requirements and data governance principles.
User Enablement & Capability Building
- Build and strengthen site-wide digital capabilities by serving as the subject matter expert for digital solutions and low-code platforms, coaching and mentoring citizen developers and report creators, and providing training, workshops, user guides, templates, and best-practice documentation, to enable self-service analytics and application development across functions and reduce dependency on centralized development resources.
Digital initiative coordination
- Support the development and maintenance of the site digital road map by coordinating and tracking digital initiatives and improvement projects across functions, communicating progress, risks and opportunities to leadership, and collaborating with Global Digital, IT, GFE, Quality, supply chain, MSAT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs, technical capabilities, and strategic priorities.
Continuous improvement & innovation
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the site's digital ecosystem by monitoring emerging digital technologies and identifying relevant business applications, promoting the appropriate adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and other digital capabilities, and facilitating the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across functions to continuously enhance digital capabilities and business value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field required with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in digital solutions, data analytics, automation, information systems or related areas required.
OR
- Associate's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in digital solutions, data analytics, automation, information systems or related areas required.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in digital solutions, data analytics, automation/low-code platforms, project coordination, training or capability building and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into digital solutions, manage cross-functional stakeholders and initiatives, solve complex problems and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
