Senior Sourcing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager for a permanent position to help drive the procurement strategy and ensure business continuity.
The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and suppliers, managing negotiations and analyzing improvement opportunities.
This position has a clear and well-defined scope, making it ideal for bringing experience, structure, and focus to a dynamic environment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Own the execution of complex commodities strategies on R/OPU level and oversee sourcing activities for multiple categories, lead complex negotiations, develop, and implement sourcing strategies.
- Engage with multi category business unit and manage relationships with multiple suppliers and provide strategic input.
- Collaborate with Category Management on developing and implementing multicommodities strategies.
- Implement the sourcing strategy for multiple or local commodities in line with the overall company sourcing strategy to constantly increase productivity, optimize external global spend, and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Degree/education: Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. MBA) or Diploma degree -> Business Administration, Live Science, Economics/Finance, Project Management, or IT
- Outstanding knowledge in Sourcing Approach: Several years of professional experience in category management, procurement, or a related field, with a advanced knowledge of strategic leadership and supplier management and strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced Mental fortitude & growth skill and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
