MLR Technical Review Coordinator

The Global Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting a broad set of operational tasks within a fast‑paced, dynamic global environment. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project management capabilities to coordinate activities, manage workloads, and ensure smooth cross‑functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders. The position operates 100% in English and demands a solutions‑oriented mindset and the ability to make decisions independently while working with multiple profiles. This role is critical in ensuring the success of the global services team by maintaining operational continuity, coordinating tasks efficiently, and supporting delivery excellence.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day MLR operational tasks, manage team workload, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks to maintain smooth workflow across global time zones.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with key stakeholders including service leads, delivery teams, corporate groups, SMEs, vendors, and cross‑functional partners.
• Handle operational inquiries, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to continuous process improvements to strengthen delivery quality.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, compliance with processes, and alignment with organizational expectations.
• Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and alignment efforts to ensure consistency across global operational teams.

Requirements 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a MLR Operations role
• Broad understanding of processes, procedures, and operational frameworks.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused, professional communication style.
• Strong project and team management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to switch quickly between tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
