Senior Technical Advisor, Companion Animals

Tasks & responsibilities

• Has the responsibility to support the data collection, analysis and the provision of relevant scientific information for the OPU and other stakeholders.

• Support technical manager in building and maintaining a broad network of relationships with local opinion leaders in the OPU.

• Provide technical services to customers in the OPU as per assigned and to support and train technical colleagues in the country.

• Supports the implementation of OPU strategy in close collaboration with the OPU Business Segment Head and OPU Technical Manager and team

• Provide technical support to the technical colleagues and customers in the OPU

• Support the country technical team in managing and solving escalated technical issues

Requirements

• Veterinarian with experiences in the Animal Health industry

• Technical knowledge of relevant clinical areas

• Capable of managing a substantial amount of scientific information

• Flexibility, open to change, adapts to the changing situations

• Strong analytical ability

• Good listening skills, strong communicator

• Self-supporting, takes initiative, autonomous

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
