Key Account Team Lead, Companion Animals

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • To execute key account strategies, sales and marketing plans, promotional strategies and projects of assigned products in identified key accounts within the assigned territory.

 

  • Develops Account Plans to maximize the resource utilization and ensures execution of KEY Account Plans, KAM/CRM KPIs achievement, increase of actual BI’s products access vs target, market share development & account base expansion. Has the responsibility to meet/exceed tender/BI products bidding results for the entire accounts in charge, individual direct reports and channels.

 

  • Leads a team of KAM and KAEs in the country through strategic Key Account thinking and communication. Ensures that KAM team has goal clarity and knows the strategy to achieve the goals. Inspire right behaviors and drive executional excellence through demonstrating winning spirit.

 

  • Lead data-driven decision making by leveraging commercial insights, financial analysis, and account performance metrics to shape KA strategy, pricing decisions, tender management, and long-term business planning.

 

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and governance to ensure seamless execution of Key Account strategies, including collaboration with Marketing, CE, Pricing, Finance, and Supply to optimize performance, resource allocation, and customer experience.

 

Requirements

 

  • Business related Degree; Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Key Account Management experience with at least 5 years in an animal industry in a multinational company is preferred. Leadership experience at least 2 years is an advantage.
