Duties & Responsibilities
- Business strategy contribution: Accountable for HR elements in the country specific to AH & GF and coordination, to build organizational capabilities, based on defined HR strategy and local & Regional Operating Unit (ROPU) guidelines.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Maintains and regularly reports on updated employee headcount.
Acts as a resource to support the maintenance of an updated employee database. Provides personnel cost support to budget planning process.
- Organizational effectiveness: Accountable for maintaining HR organizational processes, developing skills sets and people behaviors.
- Organizational Health, Culture, workforce engagement and environment: Accountable for enhancing the company culture, analysis of the organizational health and engagement on a regular basis (e.g. survey) including measurement and link of the outcomes with operational results.
- HR solutions implementation and run: Implementing HR solutions developed by Center of Excellence (COEs), providing feedback to CoEs and Globa Business Service (if necessary), ensuring adherence of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Experience in HR, business, or a related field; HR Business Partner experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and work with different stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in people-related areas such as recruitment, total rewards, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, etc.
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
