Customer Service and Sales Executive
THE POSITION
Ensure smooth operations of all sales transaction process by supporting and co-ordinating with sales team and third party to make sure all BI products are delivered to customers and satisfy them.
Their duties include sales administration, effective collecting and preparing document which comply with the BI commercial policy, supporting sales activities and co-operating with other departments in related tasks.
Tasks & responsibilities
1.Sales Transaction Process
- Responsible for all sales transaction process such as sales order controlled under sales condition, sales return, borrow and loan goods, etc. by coordinating with third party distributor.
- Comply with the BI commercial policy in relates areas of accountabilities.
2.Customer Services
- Maintenance and update customer profiles to ensure up-to-date sales condition, price and bonus which are aligned with the BI commercial policy.
- Monitor and provide alert reports to sales team of any deviation from data setting in the system.
- Open new customers in the system with correctness and complete document support & price setting by channel in alignment with commercial policy
- Supports tender preparation, execution, and volume protection through strong account management and operational excellence.
3. Sales Information Update
- Update daily sales information to sales team by generating formatted reports in the system and any special requesting on sale transaction report such as credit note report, monthly sampling usage, etc.
- Prepare monthly sales reports with summarized sales performance on each therapeutic area and send to sales team.
4. Sales Administration/ Sales Support
- Provide sales administration tasks and support sales activities both internal and external customer facing activities by supporting & preparing document for activity request approval, PR/PO processing, sourcing resources for sales activities-coordinating and contacting with external agency for event arrangement. - Ensure all document comply with the BI Policy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any related field
- Fair in English
- Computer literacy-skill to use business application such as word processing, Microsoft Excel, presentation and electronic mail.
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and sales support
