Brand Manager, Large Animals

THE POSITION

  • Strong customer focus, understand market trends and support customer needs.
  • Good engagement experience widely in KA, KOL and KA commercial key decision-maker.
  • Good product knowledge & experience of swine portfolio.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance & Market Growth – Monitor sales, market share, and profitability against targets, adjusting strategies and tactics to maximize business performance.
  • Strengthen Customer Engagement & Field Effectiveness – Spend significant time in the field with sales teams and customers to understand market trends, customer needs, product performance, and provide technical support.
  • Manage Forecasting, Supply & Inventory – Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, collaborate with Supply Chain Management on inventory planning and safety stocks, and monitor product expiration to minimize write-offs and obsolescence.
  • Control Budget & Marketing Investments – Manage and monitor advertising, promotion, and other marketing expenditures (DP/GP), ensuring efficient use of resources and implementing contingency plans when required.
  • Develop Customer Insights & Business Analytics – Maintain and enhance customer databases to support customer segmentation, field force deployment, promotional spending decisions, and business analysis.
  • Collaborate on Customer Strategy & Execution – Partner with Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to define customer support programs, pricing strategies, and effective execution plans to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine/Business Administration/Marketing/ or related area MBA will be an advantage.
  • Broad knowledge about the Swine area.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the livestock (poultry, swine & ruminant) industry.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Strong commitment to customer engagement through regular field visits to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and provide product and technical support.
  • Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required
