Are you a hands-on data professional with a passion for turning insights into action? At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are looking for a Lead Site Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making at site level. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of five analysts, where your expertise and initiative will help shape operational excellence.

This position is based in Greece, Koropi and reports directly to the , LSC Supervisor in Greece.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform laboratory-specific projects (Analytical Testing) in the post-launch phase of finished products to support operations, supply chain, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Transform Analytical data into actionable insights and clear visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support reporting processes and ensure Data integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field Chemist, Pharmacist, Biologist, Food technologist or studies in the same field of science.
  • Proven experience as analyst in Quality Control department ideally within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of analytical chemistry/analytical procedures and laboratory equipment, with hands-on experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for problem-solving.
