THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Brand Manager Human Pharma, you will drive the performance of our promoted product(s) in Greece by realizing financial targets and effectively managing the promotional budget. Working closely with MIDIc and the local cross‑functional Brand Team, you will execute the brand strategy through the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP), anticipate internal and external environmental changes, and ensure strict compliance. You will also lead the local Launch Readiness process, securing cross‑functional alignment and delivering launch excellence.

In this role, you will develop and execute the local ICP and activation plan, fostering impactful and balanced customer interactions. You will initiate and manage collaboration with external stakeholders, while providing strategic input to the MIDI ICP on local market dynamics, forecasting, competitive insights, and customer needs.

Furthermore, you will elevate customer engagement by continuously generating insights, applying rapid learning, and optimizing marketing activities across channels.

This position is based in Athens(Greece) and reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area ILD.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the local cross functional brand team and the local product/indication launch readiness process.
  • Achieve sales budget and market share evolution and initiate corrective measures in case of deviation from planned sales and market share development in alignment with MIDIc.
  • Plan, organize and lead sales cycle/training meetings to serve brand strategy objectives and GTM transformation.
  • Secure an optimal mix of customer-facing and non-customer facing channels: Secure correct frequency, quality and content integration within non-customer facing channels, in alignment with local business and MIDI priorities.
  • Creates and provides digital content (e.g. design and wording of email and websites) incl storage in a digital asset management tool.
  • Plans and executes campaigns (incl objectives, conversion funnel, KPIs).
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders: in close cooperation with medical and field operations, conduct regular field visits to stay customer focused and keep up to date with regards the competitive environment.
  • Generate projects to ensure proper engagement of relevant stakeholders.
  • Support and align with colleagues to define Win-Win partnerships, as well as opportunities for RWE and/or other local expert studies.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Masters Degree in Pharmaceutics, Medicine or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid Medical/Scientific understanding.
  • Experienced with interpretation and communication of scientific data.
  • Ability to master the approach to sales and marketing that provides customers with a fully-integrated experience by uniting user experiences.
  • Fluency in the Greek & English languages.
  • Digital savviness, including ability to adapt plans based on data-driven insights, experience with analytics tools (such as Tableau).
  • Effective communication & influencing Skills.
  • Strong business & financial acumen.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with many different (internal & external) stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to influence other stakeholders in a matrix organization to achieve common goals
  • Displaying a curious approach & innovative thinking.
  • Strong analytical & project management skills.
