Scientist III/IV, Screening Parasitology

Description

Scientist III

The Scientist III, Screening Parasitology will provide screening laboratory leadership to ensure the quality and accuracy of screening processes, to meet Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health’s Discovery needs. The incumbent is a core contributor to internal screening activities, of assessing assay performance and capabilities (variability, throughput, etc.), to identify and implement new screening technologies or approaches based on the needs of the program.

Scientist IV

Provide laboratory leadership to secure the execution, quality, and accuracy of screening processes, to meet Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health’s Research needs. Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of new anti-parasitic screening assays. The incumbent is a core contributor for the delivery of results from in vitro screening and profiling activities, the assessment and tracking of assay performances and capabilities (variability, throughput, etc.) and the continuous expansion of our internal screening innovation activities based on the needs of the program.

As an employee of Boehringer Ingelheim, you will actively contribute to the discovery, development, and delivery of our products to our patients and customers. Our global presence provides opportunity for all employees to collaborate internationally, offering visibility and opportunity to directly contribute to the companies' success. We realize that our strength and competitive advantage lie with our people. We support our employees in several ways to foster a healthy working environment, meaningful work, diversity and inclusion, mobility, networking, and work-life balance. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees.
