We are looking for a talented and motivated student to support our Sales team working with Health Care Professionals located in Asker. In this role you will gather hands-on experience within the sales, marketing and communication field and live a true international experience, interacting with colleagues from all over the world. To succeed in this challenging environment, we are looking for a digital savvy with a strong personality. We estimate this position to be 8-15 hours per week.

In the department, we have a pleasant and informal working atmosphere. We value flexibility, humor, and lifting together as a team. We have a flat structure, and we are driven by self-empowerment.

The starting date for this position is June 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Student Assistant at Boehringer Ingelheim, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross functional support team with various administrative tasks
  • Assist in the development of activities for the team working towards Doctors, Nurses, and other Health Care Professionals.
  • Assist Communication department adopting global content to local language

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor or Master student in the field Human Resources, Marketing, Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • In possession of a valid EU residency permit
  • You are enrolled in a University
  • Excellent command of the English and Norwegian languages
  • You are comfortable with interacting with different stakeholders at different levels
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and proactive attitude
  • Strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution
  • Accountable: you actively give and seek feedback to deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills and strong interest in business administration.
