THE OPPORTUNITY
The People Growth Manager (MIDI) drives the local adapation and implementation of impactful people development solutions across the region.
In close collaboration with the local CoE Head, this role translates global HR strategies into effective local initiatives, covering areas such as talent management, performance, succession planning, leadership development, and executive interventions.
By combining strong HR expertise with business acumen, the role supports business transformation, leads local programs, and contributes to global initiatives.
Moreover, the People Growth Manager collaborates across functions and stakeholders to continuously enhance people practices and deliver sustainable impact.
This position is based in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and reports directly to the Head of CoEs MIDI).

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:
- Drive the regional adaptation and implementation of HR concepts, interventions, and initiatives that address evolving business requirements and deliver measurable impact.
- Lead complex HR projects and programs: Independently plan, manage, and execute medium to large-scale, cross-functional HR projects (local, regional, and global), ensuring integration across interconnected processes and specialist areas.
- Anticipate and interpret legal and regulatory developments, translate them into actionable recommendations, and represent topics confidently to senior HR leadership and employee representatives.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders—including consultancies and external experts—to ensure high-quality delivery of HR solutions and foster strong, collaborative networks.
- Analyze complex challenges, evaluate multiple influencing factors, and continuously optimize processes and solutions using structured, data-informed approaches.
- Develop training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and represent HR topics in cross-functional working groups, influencing and advising stakeholders on key people-related matters.
YOU BRING:
- Master’s degree and around 5 years of relevant work experience in HR. International work experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, influencing and convincing skills required, in particular towards local management.
- Solid project management & change management skills.
- Ability to partner with a variety of stakeholders and partners' and ability to interact in a global organization.
- Ability to run regional, cross-functional and high-impact initiatives which require managing budgets, complex interfaces and manage project teams.
- Ability to support solutions implementation within a global matrix organization.
- Ability to scan the local market for competitive information.
