Marketing Intern
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a motivated student eager to gain hands-on experience in Marketing in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization? Join our Marketing team and you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and make a difference.
As our Marketing Intern, you will play a key part in assisting the marketing team with the coordination of contracts, purchase orders and marketing materials ensuring smooth execution from creation to implementation.
You will also be involved in organizing and planning internal and external meetings and events.
This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Brand Manager.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the process of managing inventory of marketing materials and handle re-orders.
- Coordinate the production of all materials across various channels as per the team’s activity plan.
- Participate in the organization of different initiatives such as events (internal and external ones), congresses and meetings (internal and external).
- Create purchase requests and purchase orders, monitoring compliance approvals, handling of contracts.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- Structured and detail-oriented personality
- Strong team player.
- High willingness to learn.
- Positive mindset, engagement and attitude.
- Open-minded work attitude.
- You are available for at least 6 months, starting January 2026.
