THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you want to gain experience in corporate recruiting and lead recruitment processes throughout our region? This is your chance to join our energetic and fun Talent Acquisition (TA) team with international colleagues! 

You will work closely with the Recruiter on a wide range of requisitions and build up a thorough understanding of all our businesses in no time. Besides the operational responsibilities, you will act as a consultant by advising and supporting our managers through the whole recruitment processes and ensure we fulfill our objectives. 

This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of HR Services MIDI.

Please note: You will be offered a 1-year agency contract initially and this position is part-time (50-70%).

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across the MIDI regions, from the Search Kick-off Meeting to the onboarding process of the selected talents. 
  • Screen applications and select the right candidates according to the requested level of experience and knowledge.
  • Act as a consultant towards the hiring managers: advice on the best Talent Acquisition solutions and recruitment strategy.
  • Handle the administrative back office of TA: plan and perform follow up calls with hiring managers, manage applications in our recruitment system (SAP Success Factors), ensure the proper feedback to candidates and manage the activities related to their recruiting processes.
  • Monitor and ensure fulfillment of internal KPIs (e.g. time to hire).
  • Support in contract drafting for local positions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or Marketing.
  • Around 2 years of work experience in recruitment.
  • Work experience in an international environment is considered a plus. 
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • In possession of a valid EU residency permit and located in the Netherlands. 
  • Can do attitude and not shy to ask a question to move forward.
  • Excellent communications skills and pro-active in building up an internal network.
  • Ability to work with many different stakeholders and ability to prioritize.
