We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our international team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will have the chance to bring speed, creativity, and efficiency to our recruitment process while working with colleagues from various countries and different business units.
Please note that an agency temporary contract for around 6 months will be offered for this position.
HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Execute a streamlined recruitment process that emphasizes efficiency without compromising candidate experience (in SuccessFactors Recruiter).
• You represent HR in the interview panels in our MIDI center and are responsible for drafting, extending and negotiating offers with the preferred candidate.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact throughout all recruitment steps.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising, and guiding them throughout the recruitment process.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively address recruitment challenges.
• Continuous collaboration with the regional HRBPs to ensure all positions in the budget will be timely recruited.

YOU BRING:
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong candidate management skills with a focus on providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both the English language. Dutch knowledge is a plus.
- In possession of a valid EU residency permit and located in the Netherlands.
- Availability to start on a short notice.
