Coordinator (Market Access) MIDI (Part-time)

If so, we invite you to join our dynamic and fun Market Access team in Amsterdam!
As the Market Access Coordinator MIDI, you will provide organizational and project-based support to the regional Market Access, Healthcare Affairs & Patient Engagement team, thereby contributing to the overall performance of MIDI Human Pharma (HP).
This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Market Access & Healthcare Affairs MIDI.

Please note that this is a part-time position (75% / 30H per week).
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management activities to support the Market Access, Healthcare Affairs & Patient Engagement team.
- Coordinate the complete process around contracting HCP/ HCO/PO (requesting approval, contracting, invoicing, spend capture, archiving).
- Support the Market Access team processes using standard Boehringer Ingelheim systems and software tools/platforms.
- Organization and coordination of internal meetings.
- Support the technical onboarding of new colleagues in the team.
- Contract routing and following up.
- Occasionally support with the organization of events & summits & travel management.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration related field, or relevant working experience.
- Passion, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset.
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven administrative tasks experience and solid interpersonal skills.
- Practical experience with project management.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Able to stick to timelines and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional setting.
- Systematic, organized, and strong administrative capacity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively confidently with people at all levels both within and outside of the organization.
- Flexible and willing to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands, and preferably located near the Amsterdam area.
