This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Finance Accounting and Tax.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transfer Pricing: Manage and execute local implementation of transfer price policy to ensure compliance with international regulations and guarantee alignment with FS I segmentation.
- Month-End Closing Processes: Support month-end closing activities for the MIDI region, preparation of monthly accruals and yearly provisions ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Statement Segmentation: Oversee statutory accounts and in collaboration with Controlling and Tax, execute FS I segmentation, ensuring compliance and quality deliverables. Maintain detailed documentation and support audits.
- Data Structure Review: Analyze and review data structures to enhance reporting capabilities and improve overall data quality.
- Governance & Policy: Implement and manage tax and trade policies.
- Service Delivery and Execution: Oversee tax and trade services, ensuring efficient execution.
- Tax and Trade Management: Coordinate local tax activities, ensure compliance with legal tax requirements, and align local Transfer Pricing policy with Corporate.
- Business Partnering: Communication gateway with Controlling Subsidiaries and Corporate Tax, link to business to understand changing business models and anticipate on TP model changes. Support tax projects impacting transfer pricing models on regional level.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience: Proven background in accounting, transfer pricing, and/or data analytics.
- Financial Reporting: Expertise in financial reporting requirements and managing multiple legal entities within different legal frameworks in an international context.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and SAP
- Process-Oriented: A mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent capabilities in managing and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
