HR Business Partner

The Opportunity:

Boehringer Ingelheim is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner in SAGEA. As an HRBP you will provide support to our local HR Lead for the right organizational set up, people and organizational capabilities and people behaviors matching the current and future business needs, creating the conditions for continuous development of performance and engagement, and enhancing the company culture.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Alignment & Development: Collaborate with the local HR Lead to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies, identify high-potential employees, and steer their development to support leadership and organizational goals.
  • Performance & Engagement Enablement: Foster continuous growth and engagement by driving recruitment, development, remuneration, and career progression initiatives that align with business objectives. Further, support in Employee Performance Managemnt
  • HR Solutions Implementation: Execute HR solutions developed by Centers of Excellence (COEs) with full end-to-end support for local implementation and roll-out.
  • Labor Law Compliance & Investigations: Manage legal labor law cases and investigations, ensuring adherence to country labor laws and social security schemes within the OPU cluster.
  • HR Policy Governance & Alignment: Act as the custodian of HR policies, ensuring alignment with internal company policies, the Global Code of Conduct, global/local standards, and external regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar discipline.
  • 5 – 7 yrs experience in general HR with 2 yrs HR business partnering in any multi-national industry; Pharma experience is a plus
  • Only Saudi nationals are invited to apply

  • Proficiency with digital and software solutions
