As one of our Territory Managers CRM (Cardio - Renal - Metabolism) you will have the freedom to create new ways to cooperate with your customers and make a difference to improve patients’ lives. In addition, you will be responsible for achieving the defined sales objectives by cultivating local strategic partnerships with customers and accounts and creating value added offers that bring engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and experts.
This is a field-based role requiring frequent travelling within Central Jutland. You will report directly to the local District Sales Manager.
HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:
- Communicate and exchange medical and scientific information with health care professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers in the healthcare centers and hospitals.
- Train and educate relevant healthcare staff.
- Develop pre- and post-call plans to meet and build discussion around HCP needs in order to foster network development and communication through accurate and timely follow-up discussions.
- Maintain and utilize exceptional product knowledge and highly effective selling skills
- Define and execute the agreed sales action plan.
- Achieve and preferably exceed financial and non-financial targets.
- Apply the Customer Engagement Model to facilitate HCP’s decision-making process and adoption of Boehringer Ingelheim’s (BI) products.
YOU BRING:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmaceutics, Business Administration, Medicine or similar.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry (hospital, pharmacy) and knowledge of the CRM therapeutic area.
- You have highly effective selling and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to better understand their needs.
- Interest in digital sales tools and in discovering new ways to make the best use of these tools: ‘outside the box mind-set’ with ability to engage customers in new digital platforms.
- You enjoy working in team environment as well as independently.
- Agile mind-set and ability to quickly turn data into insights and insights into actions.
- Customer-focused and resilient.
- Excellent command of Danish and English languages.
- Valid Driver's License and preferably living in the Central Jutland area.
