Job Accountabilities
• To implement Pricing(list price to consumer price) and commercial policy guidance in daily business operation. Decision ready proposal for head of pricing.
• Understand key customers’ business models across multiple markets for Pets, Swine, Poultry, and Ruminant

Analysis
• analyze prior transaction detail to inform pricing structures (i.e. discount vs. rebate) and commercial policy across various segments.
• Support to develop variety of analysis models to inform price setting,commercial policy and promotion strategies, quantifying the incremental revenue of price setting changes by product.

Price setting and Commercial policy
• Price setting discussions across Brands, Species, and Channels.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop and test Pricing and commercial policy hypotheses.

Surface opportunities and drive optimization
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and test new pricing strategies
• contribute to the establishment of the vision, prioritization, and road-map for pricing initiatives.

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant pricing, financial analyst, commercial or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in statistics preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage analytical tools(e.g. SQL, Tableau, R Studio, Python, etc.) to generate insights that can help drive decisions
• Experience in pricing management, better if have consumer pricing experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening) and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals
• Understanding of Animal Health pricing models and industry best practices required
