Basic purpose of the job 

This position is responsible for defining and executing the sales strategies in the responsible area in China and supporting the long-term business growth plan for BI China 

Accountabilities 

-Develop sales strategy for the responsible area to attain annual sales objectives and increase market share.

-Work with DMs to set sales target, build sales plans and strategies, analyze data, drive marketing Missions and initiatives, assign sales territories.

-Managing sales teams in designated geographical area.

-Responsible for the leading, coaching and growth of direct reports

-100% follow BI Compliance and EHS requirements

-Develop and manage Key Account assignments, including but not limited to doctors, hospitals, and other key market segments

 

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)

-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in medical or pharmacy

- At least 6 years of sales or marketing experience in MNC, and 3 years’ experience in leading team

-Solid ability of coaching and counselling with sales team to build motivation and selling skills

-Customer focus and result oriented, solid business planning and resource allocation skills

-Strong problem-solving skill

-Fluent in Mandarin

Regulatory and / or Organizational Requirements/ Job Complexity

-According to regional sales strategy and regional market analysis, make sales plan in covered provinces, and ensure all plan are executed by whole team members, continually evaluate efficiency of ROI during whole execution to achieve sales targets

-Ensure that all activities undertaken by the sales team staff fully comply with the Company’s ACP policies and quality standard, the laws and regulations of the People Republic of China and all the relevant Codes of Conduct

-Strictly follow company compliance regulations and all policies
