About the Role

We are seeking a Data Center Responsible & Local ITINF4OT Contact to take ownership of the reliable, secure, and compliant operation of local Data Center environments in Yamagata. In addition, this role acts as the local ITINF4OT contact and Project Manager, serving as the key interface between IT Infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) / production teams. You will ensure that IT Infrastructure services are planned, implemented, and operated in alignment with global architectures, standards, and regulatory requirements, while effectively supporting manufacturing and operational needs. This position operates in a highly regulated, mission-critical environment and requires close collaboration with both local stakeholders and global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Operations

· Ensure the stable, secure, and compliant operation of local Data Center facilities.

· Manage and coordinate physical access control, asset inventory, vendors, service providers, and contracts.

· Prepare for and support audits, inspections, and compliance activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

· Lead and support Data Center projects and long-term infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades and modernization activities.

· Ensure continuous alignment with global IT Infrastructure standards, security requirements, and operational processes.

Local ITINF4OT Contact & Project Management

· Act as the local Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT Infrastructure topics related to Operational Technology and production environments.

· Own and manage local ITINF4OT implementation projects end-to-end, including project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and handover to operations.

· Advise OT and production stakeholders on the appropriate use of ITINF4OT services and standards.

· Ensure all implementations are aligned with global ITINF4OT architectures, standards, and best practices.

· Facilitate effective communication between local stakeholders and global IT Infrastructure / ITINF4OT team.

· Coordinate local IT Infrastucture on-site activites, including respective external contractors

Your Profile

· Proven experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Center Management, preferably in an industrial or regulated environment.

· Solid technical understanding of servers, storage, networking, power supply, and Data Center operations.

· Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, risk and stakeholder management, and delivery in complex environments.

· Experience working closely with Operational Technology (OT) or production stakeholders, acting as a trusted interface between IT and operations.

· Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-functional organization.

· Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
