Summary
- Ensure the continued growth of zongertinib by driving patient‑centric strategies and deepening market understanding
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop local marketing strategy and tactics by close collaboration with various stakeholders based on global strategy and initiatives
- Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term
- Monitor performance via agreed KPIs
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy
- Develop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients
- Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars and symposiums
- Plan and execute trainings for field force together with field training team
- Work collaboratively with other functions (Medical, Sales, etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial initiatives for the products
- External vendor management
- Conduct budget management
- Communicate brand tactics to sales force clearly for flawless implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree from accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred)
- Good understanding of lung cancer
- Product launch experience is a plus
- Good project management and excellent cross functional collaboration skills with ability to work with global matrix teams
- Agile and effective working style in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Fluent in Japanese and English with very good leadership, communication, and presentation competencies
- Willing to work in a global environment
