Job Responsibilities 

The incumbent is responsible for supporting regulatory activities within the scope of Clinical Affairs and Hong Kong Registration for Animal Health China. The role supports locally conducted pharmaceutical clinical studies through external partners, new registration and lifecycle management of veterinary products in Hong Kong, and other assigned regulatory activities within the team scope.
The incumbent is expected to execute assigned regulatory tasks and workstreams in a timely, compliant, and well-organized manner, support preparation and coordination of relevant documentation, and contribute to smooth project execution through effective follow-up and stakeholder coordination.

-Clinical development coordination for externally conducted studies

-Hong Kong registration and lifecycle management

-Support regulatory execution and knowledge sharing within team scope

-Cross-functional alignment and external partner coordination

 

Job Requirements:

-At least a master’s degree in veterinary medicine, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or a related discipline.

-At least 3–5 years’ working experience in Regulatory Affairs or other relevant functions within the pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life science industry.
-Experience in regulatory documentation support, registration activities, or externally managed study support is preferred.
-Basic to good understanding of registration requirements, dossier preparation, and lifecycle management for pharmaceutical products. Exposure to Hong Kong registration is an advantage.
-Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Able to manage assigned work with accuracy, reliability, and attention to timelines.
-Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
