Basic purpose of the job  

  • Implementation excellence within the guidance and support from Central Marketing. Ensure adherence to critical success factor (CSF) during the local activity planning and execution
  • Support Business team to reach the regional business target
  • Regional KOL maintenance under guidance from Central Marketing, Medical

Accountabilities

  • Help to “translate” and delivery central marketing strategy into regions with the guidance from Central Marketing. Work with medical, central marketing, marketing research, local business teams to ensure flawless implementation
  • Assume ownership on local event planning and ensure meeting implementation. Adopt standard KPIs on activity design & reporting
  • Ensure adoption of centralized content from CMKT and Training team
  • Connect and engage key KOLs in the region
  • Conduct the data analysis and collect market information & business report by business needs
  • Coordinate with regional sales trainer for annual training plan

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and above, Knowledgeable in medical therapeutic area
  • MNC Industry/product knowledge

Required Capabilities

  • At least 5 years or above field force experiences & experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD
