Business growth
- Under the direction of Regional Sales Director, develops sales strategy for the responsible area to attain annual sales objectives and increase market share
- Work on field force effectiveness and productivity to increase sales per head in the responsible area
- Observe, assess and improve level of planning, selling skills, recording, reporting and product knowledge of Sales Forces in the responsible area to ensure optimal sales attainment
- Maintain regular personal contact with key customers and key opinion leaders to ensure optimal sales of company’s products and attainment of annual sales objectives in the responsible area.
- Optimise sales promotion budget and control the proper use of resource in accordance with the agreed sales plan in the responsible area
Leadership & Management
- Internally lead the sales team in the responsible area via setting SMART objectives area managers, provide coaching and directions
Externally liaise with key customers and partners to establish and maintain excellent customer relationship in the responsible area
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in medical or pharmacy, Experience
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience in multinationals with over 3 years experience of people management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent people interaction skills
