Job Responsibilities
Develop and enrich Boehringer Ingelheim Swine product tech database for China market, involve and contribute to brand strategic planning, deliver the technical and SPC (Statistical Process Control) support for the lifecycle management of brand franchise and to contribute to booster franchise market performance according to strategic planning.
-Assess product market situation
-Technical and SPC support for AH China, including technical writing
-Develop and enrich technical database
-KOL management
-Training and communication

Requirements:
-Degree in veterinary medicine with experience in the swine industry (specialisation in one of BI Animal Health target segments and / or in Animal Health industry would be of advantage)
-Strategic orientation and pragmatic managerial skills
-Excellent communication skills and ability to team work in both a local (direct interaction) and a global (virtual) environment
-Willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of Statistical, SPC methods and software.
-Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English, further languages would be advantageous
-Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Creativity, persistence, boldness to develop innovative, customer focussed solutions
-Ability to travel frequently
