Regional Business Operation Manager - Shanghai

Accountabilities ：
-Ensure timely and accurate sales data analysis to support business and strategic decision-making.

-Lead the regional BA and assistant team to provide service to  internal customers such as Sales, Marketing etc. through coordinating and consolidating resources;

-Responsible for team leadership and productivity enhancement;

-Monitor regional business progress and team performance through systematic tracking procedure;

-Follow HQ’s SOPs and drive relevant process enhancement in the region to meet the business needs;
 

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements：

At least bachelor degree

Job Expertise：

-Microsoft office skills especially Power point and excel analysis;

-Fluent business English listening and speaking, reading and writing.

Required Capabilities :

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales support, including process operation, data tracking and management, administration support, etc.; 2 year or above managerial experience is preferred;
-Framework thinking and logical thinking;
-Strong communication & leadership skills;
-Excellent business analysis skills;
-Ability to work in tight deadlines and highly results driven;
-Attention to details;
-Collaborative, works well in a team environment;
