Job Responsibilities
-Support goals by participating or leading project teams. Deliver on assigned tasks and action items. Takes over Project Manager responsibilities for mid size and/or large projects, with focus on IT SCM Order to cash services.  
-Responsible to provide maintenance, optimization, innovation and 3rd level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions for all related systems. System lead (and/or software lead) responsibilities for complex systems,leading and implements changes as required. Manage as SME to the vendor who offer managed services in O2C area.
-Responsible for design, technical architecture and implementation following the defined BI process framework of complex systems and software in the own area.
-Actively drives to Demand Management and business consultancy with business stakeholders
-Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Required capabilities
Special Skills
-5+ years SAP Application support experience in SD sales distribution areas
-Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP system integration preferred
-Must have and solid understanding of business and IT. 
-Experience in interface technologies like IDOCs, XML, enterprise services 
-Must have a track record in implementing technologies and realizing business benefit in a global/regional environment (including different cultures).
-Project management skills with solid IT and business experience and vendor management experience would be a plus
-E-commerce experience would be a plus
-Able to work independently in a global / virtual environment 
-Stakeholder Management
-Analytical Thinking
Basic knowledge 
-Negotiation and Vendor management skills  and experience with managed services would be a plus
-Balancing priorities of multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery on business commitments
-Strong communication skills in a complex global and cross-functional/culture environment
