Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing Total China Market Animal Health omni-channel strategy and decide on  the short term and long term key initiatives to achieve the strategy and also lead the implementation of the defined initiatives.
- Develop and drive AI‑enabled digital strategy, including AI‑powered customer engagement, AI use‑case incubation, AI tool piloting, and internal AI capability uplift across commercial teams.
- Responsible for developing new processes, tools, and products in digital to support all the segments business growth.
- Responsible for data operation management including master data management, sales operation related KPI including flow data, behavior data ,other important sales KPI and ensure the daily operation and data quality through scientific and efficient methodology of data collection, processing, cleaning and reporting.

-Lead to define data governance and identify the road map, manage corporate data assets, establish its standards, processes, tools, platforms for all channels in consistent with global data strategy and standards for entire Total China Market Animal Health business unit. 

 

Job Requirements:

-Education/Degree Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor degree with major in digital, analytics, IT, Business or other related. Master degree is preferable
-10 years + of proven experience in omni-channel and data excellence in a regional or corporate or agency 
- Strategic thinking, analytical ability, detail orientation, teamwork spirit, pro-activeness and resilience.
- Strong proven project and process management skills, experience leading project teams and developing business cases, plans, scope definition and presentations
- Experience in customer-facing and / or marketing excellence initiatives
- Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix & cross-functional organization 
- Experience in change management, including communications, training and support, leadership engagement and change network management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Strong results orientation
- Ability to work independently
